I'm back in Japan!!
I arrived home late last night, but it's nice to be home
I still have a lot of unpacking to do, and cleaning
Mochi was super loving, and it's so nice to see her again

Today I want to cook 2 things, one is something I couldn't eat in Taiwan, which is crispy scallion pancakes
These are street food I saw in the markets, but didn't have a chance to eat it
So I'm going to try cook it!

The other is a bit different
I did eat it a couple of times in Taiwan, but in Taiwan it's made with pork fat
I want to try making it with meat instead and see if it's tastier!

So today I'm going to try cooking 2 Taiwan dishes
Today will be an average length home stream, so not as long as recent
