Tokyo Live 💖🎯 Workout Wednesday! The Wheel Chooses My Workout! 💪🏃‍♀️

Description: Today we're staying indoors for another Workout Wednesday stream from Japan! 🇯🇵✨

And it's raining in Tokyo again today! ☔

We've had so many rainy days recently, but that's perfectly fine for today's stream because we're staying home and getting some exercise! 🏠

It's time to bring back the workout wheel! 🎯

Just like our previous Workout Wednesday streams, I won't be choosing what exercises I do today...

The WHEEL decides!

Every time we spin, I'll have to do whatever exercise it lands on. That could mean running on the treadmill, strength exercises, Just Dance, or one of the other exercises waiting on the wheel! 🏃‍♀️💃💪

And of course, more support from chat will mean more spins of the wheel, so there's no way of knowing what kind of workout I'll end up doing today! 🎯

Will we get a nice balanced workout, lots of dancing, way too much running, or something completely different?

We'll find out together!

Outside it's another cool and rainy autumn day in Tokyo, but inside we're going to warm things up with another Workout Wednesday! ☔🍂

Come hang out, exercise along with me if you want, or just relax and watch the wheel decide my fate as I bring you...
A little piece of Japan every day! 🇯🇵✨ Close description
