So there wasn't much coming out this week (and that's no disrespect to Protomartyr or Gilla Band, we just didn't have time for those) so we decided to go back and review a classic.
A classically bad album. Limp Bizkit's "Results May Very" is the one album they recorded without their guitarist Wes Borland, and they actually made a documentary about the making of it and released it on MTV.
Results May Very is the 3rd worst rated album on MetaCritic, but is it as bad as people think? Yes it is. Wes's presence is greatly missed, even if guitarist Mike Smith does a pretty decent job of filling it. But after you see the documentary, you realize this album was an afterthought to big daddy Durst.
HE IQMB RATING SCALE:
1-3/10 = dog shit
4-6/10 = yeah, whatever
7-10/10 = hell yeah
IQMB SCORE - 2.3/10 a results don't very dogshit
BEST TRACKS: head for the barricade, all that easy, gimme the mic
WORST TRACKS: pretty much the rest of the album
