Salisbury Steak just like GRANDMA used to make!
Description: There are so many different ways to cook ground beef, but this is one of my favorite ground beef recipes. When prepared correctly, a beef patty (Salisbury Steak) can be as good, or even better, than a nice steak.
A properly cooked Salisbury Steak is moist, tender and flavorful, with a nice, crispy crust. And when you add a nice sauce on top of it, it's divine!
If you eat a lot of ground beef, you will definitely want to incorporate this recipe into your weekly repertoire.
Salisbury Steak Ground Beef Patty Recipe:
- 2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef
- 1/2 tbsp of sea salt
- 2 tbsp of Kickin' Chicken Seasoning (Weber Brand)
- 1 tbsp of Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder
- About a cup of seasoned bread crumbs with cheese
- About 3/4 to 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream (35% milk fat)
Sauce Recipe:
- About a dozen white mushrooms
- A tsp of salt
- A tbsp of Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder
- A tbsp of grain mustard
- About a 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
