Iris Kendall: More Than What You See
Description: In this week's episode, Tay sits down with content creator and Love Island USA alum Iris Kendall! Iris shares what life looked like before reality TV and walks us through what Love Island actually is and what her experience on the show was like. She opens up about what the show revealed about herself, what never made it to air, and what she wishes people understood about mental health and reality TV. Iris gets candid about her mental health journey, including her OCD, ADD, and anxiety diagnoses as a child, the warning signs she watches for when she needs to take care of herself, and what made her want to talk to a professional after the show. She also talks about her relationship with social media, how she deals with hate, how she balances her relationship and friendships with being online, and navigating people who come out of the woodworks after being on a show. Iris wraps up by sharing what success truly looks like for her.
