5 YEARS since I started live streaming! 🎉💖
It's crazy to think that I've now been doing this for five whole years.
Normally today would be an outdoor stream, but for such a special anniversary, we're staying home and celebrating together!
And of course, an anniversary needs a cake! 🎂✨
Today I'm going to make a special cake to celebrate five years of streaming. Hopefully we can make something worthy of putting a big number 5 on top!
But the cake isn't the only thing we're doing today...
We're going BACK IN TIME! 👀
I found some of my VERY old streams from when I first started streaming five years ago—including streams that aren't publicly available anymore!
And today we're going to watch them together.
I'm slightly scared.
We'll look back at some of my earliest home streams and outdoor streams, cringe at how I looked, see what my streams used to look and sound like, and compare everything with how I stream today!
When I first started streaming, I was living in Gunma, so we'll even get to revisit some of my old outdoor streams from the area where I used to live. 🇯🇵
Five years is a LONG time, so I'm expecting plenty of questionable fashion, old streaming setups, awkward moments and things I had completely forgotten about!
But it'll also be really interesting to see just how much has changed.
From those early streams in Gunma to everything we've done since—Tokyo adventures, festivals, cooking, travel and so many other experiences—streaming has become an enormous part of my life.
And I wouldn't have been able to keep doing it for five years without all of you supporting and watching me along the way. 💖
So today is a celebration of those five years together!
We'll make our anniversary cake, dig through the archives, react to some ancient streams, remember some old adventures and probably cringe quite a lot along the way.
