Tokyo Live 💖🎯 Workout Wednesday! The Wheel Chooses My Workout! 💪🏃‍♀️

Description: Today we're staying indoors for another Workout Wednesday stream from Japan! 🇯🇵✨

After a surprisingly warm day yesterday, it's cooled down again in Tokyo today! 🍂

But whatever the weather is doing outside, Wednesday means one thing...

It's time to bring back the workout wheel! 🎯💪

Just like our previous Workout Wednesday streams, I won't be deciding what exercises I do today.

The WHEEL decides!

Every time we spin the wheel, I'll have to do whatever exercise it lands on. That could mean running on the treadmill, strength exercises, Just Dance, or one of the other exercises waiting on the wheel! 🏃‍♀️

And of course, more support from chat means more spins of the wheel, which means more exercise for me!

There's no way of knowing what kind of workout we'll end up with until we start spinning.

Maybe we'll get a nice balanced workout, maybe we'll spend half the stream dancing, or maybe the wheel will decide I need to do WAY too much running...

We'll find out together!

It's a cooler autumn day outside, but we'll be warming things up indoors with plenty of exercise! 🍂💪

Come hang out, exercise along with me if you want, or just relax and see what today's workout wheel has planned for me as I bring you...
A little piece of Japan every day! 🇯🇵✨ Close description
