Description: Ms. Rebecca’s talk comes from a simple everyday observation that had bothered her for years. After speaking about it with her students for nearly a decade, she hopes they will not only notice the problem, but one day become the generation that finds better ways to solve it. The talk is a continuation of that effort - to notice, care, and take responsibility for the world we all share. Ms. Rebecca George is an English teacher with ten years of teaching experience. She believes learning should go beyond textbooks and encourages her students to observe, experience, question and try, because real experiences often make lessons stay with us.

She believes in the potential of today’s children and sees herself as a learner alongside her students, inspired by their wisdom and fresh perspectives. She cares deeply about values that are slowly being lost and strives to remind her students to be humane, responsible, humble and considerate of the world they share.
