Fastest Easiest Vegan General Tso's Recipe!

Description: This is the fastest and easiest Vegan General Tso's Recipe I can do. If you already have the rice cooked, it's less than 30 minutes til you can eat. With the rice, since we use brown... maybe a little longer. BUT, it's worth it. Not a LOT of ingredients, but it does use seitan, which is made from gluten, so if you're sensitive, you might prefer our tofu version: https://youtu.be/j3Gysf18gpQ
