Tokyo Live 💖🎯 Workout Wednesday! The Wheel Chooses My Exercises! 💪🥵

Description: Today we're staying indoors for another Workout Wednesday! 💪🎯

It's still cool and rainy outside in Tokyo today! ☔🍂

September is usually still pretty hot, so having all these cool and rainy days already has been a really nice start to autumn. After such a long summer, I'm definitely enjoying being able to wear warmer clothes again!

But even though it's nice and cool outside because the exercise wheel is back! 🎯🥵

Just like our previous exercise streams, what I do today will be decided by spins of the wheel!

Depending on where it lands, I could end up doing all kinds of different exercises—from running on the treadmill and strength exercises to Just Dance and more! 🏃‍♀️

And of course, support from chat will trigger the wheel spins... which means even more exercises for me!

I never know what kind of workout I'm going to end up with until we start spinning, so we'll see whether the wheel is nice to me today

It's a cozy rainy autumn day outside, but definitely not such a cozy day inside!

Come hang out, exercise with me if you want, or just enjoy watching me exercise as I bring you...
A little piece of Japan every day! 🇯🇵✨ Close description
