Pope Leo was asked if he was happy...His answer made everyone laugh.

Description: During the flight from Rome to Paris for his historic visit to France, Il Messaggero journalist Franca Giansoldati asked Pope Leo XIV if he was happy.

The Pope replied, drawing laughter from those around him:

“I don’t know if I look sad to you... but I am happy and content.”

He continued: “Happy? Yes, I think so. Despite the difficulties, I find strength in faith. I am happy with a choice I made many years ago, a choice I continue to renew again and again. I tell myself that following Jesus is the happiest thing in life.” Close description
