Description: Today I'm streaming indoors from Tokyo, Japan! 🇯🇵

I was supposed to stream outdoors today, and I was planning to do that even with the rain predicted yesterday...
But the forecast said it would be light rain and get ligher, but it's raining very heavily rigth now in Tokyo
So I decided it's too heavy to stream in and I don't want to get wet while it's windy and cold too

So instead, I'm going to stay home and cook today!

For years I've been trying to cook Japanese Taiyaki on stream...
And every time I've attempted to cook it, it's been a massive failure
From cooking with baking soda instead of sugar, to falling apart, everything that can go wrong with taiyaki has gone wrong!

So today I'm facing my biggest challenge, but also the dish I've failed at the most when cooking Japanese cuisine!

I'm going to attempt to make custard taiyaki today and I really hope I can suceed for once!
If I fail again, and I probably will, I might try make crepes instead!
