Although Liv and Maddie are identical twins, they have completely different personalities. Liv is very girly and loves being the center of attention, while Maddie is more athletic and tomboyish. She plays basketball and becomes the team captain.
Their older brother Joey, played by Joey Bragg, is a typical teenager, while their younger brother Parker, played by Tenzing Norgay Trainor, is a confident and clever kid. Their mother, Karen, is the school counselor at Ridgewood High, where the three younger children attend school. Their father, Pete, is the school’s basketball coach and Maddie’s coach as well, allowing both parents to keep a close eye on their children.
