Fort Vancouver High students walk out after allegations involving varsity football team
Description: Students at Fort Vancouver High School walked out Thursday afternoon in response to allegations of inappropriate behavior involving members of the school’s varsity football team, school officials confirmed to KATU.
The walkout came after Principal Luis A. Castro-Quintanilla disclosed the allegations in a message to families and staff Thursday morning, two days after announcing the cancellation of the remaining varsity football games.
Castro-Quintanilla said the school learned of the allegations last week.
