It's another rainy Spring day in Japan, and I'm hiding indoors away from the rain

In Japan, it's quite difficult to find specific ingredients, even if they're using in dishes in restaurants...
A while ago, Kura Sushi, one of the rotating sushi chains in Japan, served one of my favorite dishes I've ever eaten there, and it wasn't even sushi!
Since they stopped selling it, I've been trying to make it for myself... But the ingredients are hard to find
Yesterday, I finally found the last ingredient I had been looking for! Red cabbage!

So today, I'm going to make a dish that isn't sushi, but I loved to eat at rotating sushi!

I'm also going to make some shrimp gyoza, because I wanted to see if I could make tasty gyoza like I got at my outdoor stream yesterday!

So today is going to be a day of creative cooking!
