Why The Faceless Are STILL Suspicious in #AvatarSevenHavens

Description: In Avatar Seven Havens, the Faceless are breaking into Ellora and stealing their grain, and when Jae and the Brigade finally catch up with these creepy masked bandits, one of them says something that makes our theory about them even MORE interesting. The fighter with the long braid tells one of Jae’s friends that the Brigade only sees her as muscle, calling it a waste, which sounds like somebody who thinks she’s fighting for the wrong people, but unfortunately their argument gets a little harder to support when UKI goes missing. You can’t really convince us you’re the good guys while taking somebody’s friend, so it’s time to figure out where she went, and that takes Jae and the twins to Uki’s family. Here, we find out that her relatives include both firebenders and waterbenders who’ve built a family together, which really shows how far things have come since the OLD days when these groups were complete enemies, but unfortunately nobody here knows where Uki is either. They’re worried she might have deserted the Brigade after all the stress of dealing with the Faceless, so they let everyone search her room, and this is where EVERYTHING starts coming together. Uki hasn’t just been worrying about these raids, she’s been trying to figure out where the masked thieves are going, with her notes tracking their attacks and possible next targets, so now the search becomes a chance to follow the same trail she was investigating. The Faceless have been stealing food, but getting those supplies out of the city means they need something to carry them, which makes the camodillos a pretty useful target and gives our team a reason to watch the barns and the Western Gate. Now Jae tells the girls to get Captain Karthik while he goes ahead, but things get complicated FAST, because he gets caught trying to help his friends and ends up absolutely COOKING against these masked fighters by himself.
