Description: In this video you can follow along as I show you how to trim and cut and whole beef tenderloin that I got from Costco. With my method there is no waste, and you can get different cuts of meat from one piece!
With this piece, I was able to make beautiful filet mignon steaks, and with the chain meat and trimmings, I made ground beef using my electric meat grinder.
