Summer has really hit hard today, and I'm so happy I'm streaming indoors
It's going to get to around 35'C today... So hot!!

But there was a Taiwan festival in Ueno recently, but it cost 800 yen just to enter and then you had to buy over priced food...
After seeing the festival though, it made me want to eat Taiwanese food
It was really fun to visit Taiwan last time and I'm looking forward to going there again!

But for now, I decided I wanted to make Taiwanese food!
The food there is really good and I'm excited to try make it

So I'm going to try making 2 of my favorite Taiwanese dishes
Lu Rou Fan, which is Taiwanese braised pork
This is usually made with very fatty pork, but today I'll make it with just medium fatty pork
I'm also going to try making Taiwanese tea eggs!

I hope I can succeed and make some really tasty foods
