Description: There are a lot of barbecued cauliflower recipes out there. Most are actually pretty good. This is just mine. The trick is to keep some crunch, while adding the sauce. Go ahead and try my BBQ cauliflower bites. No, they're not 'wings', cauliflower doesn't fly :)
