A Life Size Chocolate Wine Barrel! 🍇
This entire life-size wine barrel is handcrafted out of chocolate, complete with an incredibly realistic grapevine cascading over the top.
But the grapes themselves hide something special! Each one is made from grape pâte de fruit and grape marshmallow, coated in a thin shell of yogurt and freeze-dried raspberry chocolate. I then assembled them one by one to recreate the appearance of a fresh bunch of grapes.
A project combining chocolate sculpture, pastry, and a whole lot of grapes! 🍇🍫 Close description
