Plant Based Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Description: This is a recipe to make a "sausage", "egg" and "cheese" breakfast sandwich using seitan, and tofu. The seitan recipe alone is worth the watch! Overall, it's a great sandwich, if you can keep it from falling apart. As Derica says, "If it's not messy, you did it wrong.". Well... this plant based and vegan friendly sandwich is popular in our house for Saturday Morning breakfasts!
