I make this for my wife every week during summer!

Description: The last thing I want to do during the hot summer months here in Florida is sweat over a hot stove. So I tend to make more cold dishes and salads.

Summer is also a time where you can get delicious, ripe tomatoes and fresh cucumbers for farmers markets, and in my case, from my own garden!

This is a really easy, delicious and versatile summer salad made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and white onions.
