A court has granted a one-day remand for Jamaat leader and retired Major Akhtaruzzaman in a case filed on charges of causing chaos at the airport, obstructing official duties, and assaulting a security officer. Earlier in the morning, the investigating officer from the Airport Police Station had applied to the Dhaka CMM Court for a five-day remand.
