As of October 21st 2025, Big Blue Bubble has updated their terms of service. What’s important to note is section 1.12, which states: “Accessing in-game files (including, but not limited to, in-game artwork, sprite sheets, audio files, logos, word art, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Accessing game files may also result in your game account being permanently banned”. While my content does fall under this category and break their terms of service, it is for my (and many others) creative use only. I do not publicly disclose how to make “file-changing” content, and I only use it for the sole purpose of my personal creative expression. Other than this, I try my hardest to keep my content within the lines of the TOS and Fan Content policy.
